Discover Endolift®, a revolutionary laser treatment that tightens loose skin on face, neck and body, boosts collagen production to slow down aging, can get rid of your stubborn fat and enhances your natural beauty without the need for surgery alternative to liposuction and face lift and neck lift surgeries.
What is Endolift®?
Endolift is advanced, minimally invasive laser procedure. Endolift® uses state-of-the-art technology to provide results of a surgical facelift and neck lift without scarring, lengthy recovery times, or excessive costs.
This innovative treatment works by using ultra-thin optical fibers going under the skin to tighten deep skin layers down to the face neck muscles to achieve more effective lifting and also to stimulate superior collagen production and remove stubborn fat deposits such as double chin, fat deposits in the hips, cellulites, inner thighs, arms etc, all can be done under local anaesthesia. The result? Firmer, smoother skin with a minimal downtime.

PRE-TREATMENT CARE (CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS)
To ensure optimal results and reduce the risk of side effects, clients should follow these guidelines 1–2 weeks prior to treatment.
Two Weeks Before
• Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds – UV exposure increases the risk of post-treatment pigmentation or irritation.
• Discontinue active skincare products, such as:
o Retinol/Retinoids
o AHA/BHA acids (glycolic, salicylic, lactic)
o Benzoyl peroxide
• Inform your practitioner if you have:
o Any recent skin treatments (peels, lasers, injectables)
o Medical conditions or are on blood thinners
o History of keloid scarring or pigmentation disorders
Three to Five Days Before
• Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, or NSAIDs (unless prescribed), as they can increase bruising.
• Avoid alcohol and smoking – they impair circulation and healing.
• Ensure good hydration and nutrition leading up to the procedure.
• Shave or remove facial hair if necessary in the treatment area (men only).
• Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, lotion, SPF, or perfume.
POST-TREATMENT CARE (CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS)
Following the Endo-fibre-lift® procedure, it’s important to support the healing process and maintain results. Recovery is typically fast and minimal.
Immediately After Treatment
• Mild swelling, redness, bruising, or tenderness is normal.
• Avoid touching or applying pressure to the treated area.
• Use cold packs or ice (wrapped in cloth) to reduce swelling for the first 24 hours.
• Take paracetamol if needed for mild discomfort (avoid ibuprofen unless advised).
First 48–72 Hours
• Avoid applying makeup or active skincare products.
• Use gentle, non-comedogenic cleanser and moisturiser.
• Avoid hot showers, steam rooms, saunas, or excessive sweating.
• Sleep with your head slightly elevated to reduce swelling.
• No facial massage, dental treatments, or facials during this period.
First 7–10 Days
• Continue to avoid:
o Direct sun exposure
o Alcohol or smoking
o Intense exercise or facial pressure (e.g., tight hats, goggles)
• Use SPF 50+ daily even if staying indoors — this prevents post-inflammatory pigmentation.
• If any bruising persists, arnica gel or vitamin K cream may help speed recovery.
Long-Term Recommendations
• Results improve progressively over 3 to 6 months.
• A single session is often sufficient, but some clients may benefit from a top-up after 6–12 months.
• Maintain results with a good skincare routine, and consider complementary treatments like:
o Profhilo or skin boosters
o Radiofrequency microneedling
o Chemical peels or laser facials
